Godzilla Is Returning to Netflix in 2021 with GODZILLA SINGULAR POINT Anime
Godzilla is coming back to Netflix in 2021 with a brand new original anime series called Godzilla Singular Point. The anime studios Bones (My Hero Academia) and Orange (Beastars) will be working together to produce the series which will be a mix of hand-drawn and CG animation styles. The creative team for Godzilla Singular Point includes Atsushi Takahashi (Doraemon the Movie 2017: Great Adventure in the Antarctic Kachi Kochi) as director, composer Kan Sawada, science-fiction author Toh Enjoe serving as editor and writer, character designer Kazue Kato, and animator Eiji Yamamori (Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away) will be designing the Kaiju.
This looks like an incredible team, and it sure has a lot of potential. I’m getting pretty pumped for 2021. Will you be checking out Godzilla Singular Point?
