GODZILLA VS KONG 2 Starts Production, New Plot Details and Casting Revealed
Director Adam Wingard has started shooting Godzilla vs Kong 2, and with production underway on the next installment in Legendary’s MonsterVerse, we have some new details to share. There are new plot details that have been revealed along with the confirmed casting.
The movie will bring back Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry, and Kaylee Hottle. They will be joined by will be newcomers Dan Stevens, Fala Chen, Alex Ferns, and Rachel House.
The story for the sequel “follows up the explosive showdown of Godzilla vs. Kong with an all-new cinematic adventure, pitting the almighty Kong and the fearsome Godzilla against a colossal undiscovered threat hidden within our world, challenging their very existence – and our own.
“The epic new film will delve further into the histories of these Titans, their origins and the mysteries of Skull Island and beyond, while uncovering the mythic battle that helped forge these extraordinary beings and tied them to humankind forever.”
I hope this sequel is better than the first Godzilla Vs. Kong movie. While it was fun to see the two giant titans clash and battle each other, the story and script were crap.
Godzilla vs. Kong 2 arrives in theaters on March 15, 2024.
