GOLFTOPIA Could Be a SIMGOLF Successor
Back in November, I talked about how I want to see a SimGolf remake. Well, I may not be getting that exactly, but GolfTopia from MinMax Games could be the next best thing. The game’s trailer promises the fun of building your own golf course and playing it with some crazy additions like the use of technology to provide different obstacles or even just hoverboards to move around on. I am honestly very excited for the game as a semi spiritual successor to a game I’ve loved for over a decade. I am a little worried that things get too busy and crazy (there are moments in a trailer where I feel like whatever is happening on screen is too much) but I’m hopeful that that is simply one person’s idea and the game doesn’t require things to get that busy. After all, the whole point is to design your own course.
