GOOSEBUMPS 2 Casts IT and JUMANJI Stars in Lead Roles

Movie Goosebumps 2 Goosebumps: Horrorland about 7 years agoby Joey Paur

As the development of Goosebumps: Horrorland presses forward, the studio has cast its four main young leads. That cast consists of Jeremy Ray Taylor, who played Ben in IT and Madison Iseman, who played Bethany from Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle. The cast also includes Ben O'Brien ( Manchester by the Sea) and Caleel Harris (Castle Rock).

Goosebumps: Horrorland is being directed by Ari Sandel (The DUFF) and according to Deadline, "it's based on one of the multiple iterations of R.L. Stine’s popular book series." Jack Black will reportedly reprise his role and Goosebumps creator R.L. Stine, will provide the voice of creepy puppet, Slappy.

I wasn't really the biggest fan of the first Goosebumps movie but for the most part, audiences seemed to enjoy it. I wonder what kind of story they will end up telling for this sequel. What would you like to see in this Goosebumps sequel?

Personally, I wish they would have just adapted the stories from the books that were written.
