GOTHAM KNIGHTS Video Game Trailer Drops with a Tease of The Court of Owls!
DC Fandome came out swinging, starting with WW84 and then hitting you in the face with Studio WB Games Montreal GOTHAM KNIGHTS.
The studio that brought us two of my all-time favorite games, Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Origins, has blown us away once again with GOTHAM KNIGHTS.
Batman is dead. It is now up to the Batman Family - Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood and Robin - to protect Gotham City, bring hope to its citizens, discipline to its cops, and fear to its criminals. You must evolve into the new Dark Knight and save Gotham from chaos. Your legacy begins now. Step into the Knight.
Gotham Knights is a brand-new open-world, third-person action RPG featuring the Batman Family as players step into the roles of Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood, and Robin, a new guard of trained DC Super Heroes who must rise up as the protectors of Gotham City in the wake of Batman's death. An expansive, criminal underworld has swept through the streets of Gotham, and it is now up to these new heroes to protect the city, bring hope to its citizens, discipline to its cops, and fear to its criminals. Players must save Gotham from descent into chaos and reinvent themselves into their own version of the Dark Knight.
Check out the trailer and then we will geek out:
It is a rare occasion when a video game trailer will bring me to the point of tears, but this one has done it. I truly love the storyline that they have shown us. As a Nightwing and Red Hood fan, I felt like I was falling due to seeing Dick Grayson and Jason Todd as main characters in a video game.
Then you are going to pit them against The Court of Owls? Forget about it. I am totally sold. The creators also said that Nightwing, Red Hood, Batgirl and Robin would be facing a bigger bad than just the Court, I think they are literally trying to blow my mind.

GOTHAM NIGHTS has no exact release date yet, but it set to hit shelves sometime in 2021 and it will be coming to PlayStation 5 or an Xbox Series X. Let us know what you think!
