Happy Day! A New Trailer for TED LASSO Season 3 Has Dropped!
Apple TV+ has released a full trailer for the highly-anticipated third season of the amazing feel-good comedy series Ted Lasso! I seriously need some of those Ted Lasso good vibes back in my life, and we don’t have to wait much longer as Season 3 is set to premiere in a couple of weeks!
The trailer teases the aftermath following last season’s finale, which saw AFC Richmond advancing to the Premier League and Nate being recruited as coach of West Ham United. In the trailer, we see the team’s Premier League debut, and it looks like they’re doing great! It also shows off Roy Kent’s new role on the team as he steps up to become the new assistant coach, and, of course, Nate is looking pretty serious these days, but Lasso still seems to be showing him the love.
In this third season of Ted Lasso, “the newly-promoted AFC Richmond faces ridicule as media predictions widely peg them as last in the Premier League and Nate (Nick Mohammed), now hailed as the “wonder kid,” has gone to work for Rupert (Anthony Head) at West Ham United. In the wake of Nate’s contentious departure from Richmond, Roy Kent (Brett Goldstein) steps up as assistant coach, alongside Beard (Brendan Hunt). Meanwhile, while Ted (Jason Sudeikis) deals with pressures at work, he continues to wrestle with his own personal issues back home, Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham) is focused on defeating Rupert and Keeley (Juno Temple) navigates being the boss of her own PR agency. Things seem to be falling apart both on and off the pitch, but Team Lasso is set to give it their best shot anyway.”
The trailer is cut to the song,"You Can’t Always Get What You Want" by The Rolling Stones. The series is set to premiere on March 15th!
