HAPPY DEATH DAY Star Jessica Rothe Set to Star in a New Film Called ALL MY LIFE
One of the main reasons that Happy Death Day was such a fun and entertaining movie was because of its star, Jessica Rothe. She was awesome in the movie, and she has just landed a new lead role in a new film at Universal Pictures called All My Life.
The movie is inspired by the true story of Jenn Carter and her husband Solomon Chau. The story follows “a young couple as they plan their wedding in the face of devastating news.” The devastating news was that Chau was dying from cancer. You can read the full story of what happened here. It a very touching but sad story.
Rothe will play the bride who is inspired by Carter. The movie is being directed by Marc Meyers (My Friend Dahmer) from a script based on Todd Rosenberg’s 2017 Black List script.
Rothe just wrapped the Amazon’s series Utopia, an adaptation of the U.K. series. She is also currently executive producing and starring in Delilah, a comedy pilot for HBO Max based on a pitch she developed with Sharon Horgan. Rothe is also about to begin shooting an indie movie called Body Brokers in a supporting role.
All My Life will be a good project for Rothe to take on. I’m sure she’ll be great in it.
