Harrison Ford on STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS - "Trust Me, It’s Really Good"

Harrison Ford recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live... dressed up as a hot dog. While he was there, he talked a little bit about Star Wars: The Force Awakens. I'm sure you'd all like to know what he thinks about the film and what his thoughts are about Luke Skywalker being absent from all the marketing material, so here ya go!

When Kimmel was trying to get some information out of Ford regarding the film the actor said, “Why would you want to say anything? I want the audience to experience it. I don’t want them to hear about it."

Yeah, Ford isn't going to say anything. I love that we still don't really know what is going on with this movie. There are a lot of rumors, speculations, and theories, but nothing really concrete, which is pretty incredible.

When asked why Luke Skywalker isn’t on the poster or in the trailer, Ford joked, “There wasn’t room.” He then added, “No, there’s a very good reason. I can’t tell you.”

I can't wait to see what that reason is! Ford then went on to share his thoughts about the movie, saying:

"I can tell you this. It’s really, really good. Trust me, it’s really good. The new cast… Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Adam Driver, and Oscar Isaac are phenomenal. J.J. [Abrams] has made an incredible movie. You will not be disappointed at all. I promise you.”

Later, Ford also added, “JJ has given me a chance to have a really wonderful part in a great movie." Those are some pretty strong statements from a guy who at one point was shunning the Star Wars films.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens on December 18th, 2015. This movie seriously can't get here soon enough. You can watch the interview for yourself below.
