Harrison Ford To Star in a Series Adaptation of Netflix's Docuseries THE STAIRCASE

Harrison Ford is about to make the move from movies to TV for the first time in his career as a series regular. The iconic actor is set to star in a series adaption of Netflix’s docuseries The Staircase.

The story details the trial of American novelist Michael Peterson, who was accused of murdering his wife in 2001. Peterson claimed his wife died after falling down the stairs at their home, but police suspected he bludgeoned her to death and staged the scene to look like an accident.

Ford will be taking on the role of Peterson, which is an interesting character for him to take on. I’m sure he’ll end up giving a great performance. If you haven’t watched the docuseries yet, it’s actually a fascinating story worth checking out.

The new series project is being produced by Annapurna Television and Ford is also a producer on the series as well. The project is currently being shopped to networks and streaming services.
