Hasbro Reveals Some Awesome New POWER RANGERS Collectibles for the Lightning Collection
Hasbro recently revealed some awesome new Power Rangers toys for the Lightning Collection. Over on Twitter, four new products were joining the high quality collectibles collection and the first we saw was the Putty Patroller 2-Pack. This comes with two Putty Patrollers and it’s really cool because they have distinct patterns on their body. They also come with swappable hands, weapons, and lightning blasts. You can pre-order yours now from Hasbro Pulse for $29.99.
The next reveal was In Space Psycho Green Ranger! This one caught me by surprise, but that’s a good thing. Psycho Green was the first Psycho Ranger and we got to know him better in the comics from BOOM! Studios and has gained a lot of popularity. His figure comes with the Psycho Dagger, a blast effect, and extra hands (one of which is shooting lightning). You can pre-order yours for $19.99 from Hasbro Pulse now.
Third, fans got shown another 2-pack. This 2-pack is for Alpha 5 and Zordon. I’ll admit that Alpha looks pretty good and I love that they included his teddy bear, but Zordon just looks weird as a figure. It is cool that you can press a button and cause him to light up, but it’s just weird to me to see his face on a figure. Am I crazy? Finally, the pièce de ré·sis·tance is the new Lightning Colelction Morpher! This morpher looks awesome, comes with a cool display stand, and has the five core power coins. You can press a button and it’ll play a sound clip and flash lights that coordinate with which power coin you’ve put in the middle. I really want this! I know a lot of fans are sad it doesn’t come with the Dragon or White Tiger coins, but my guess is that they’ll release those with a Master Morpher within the next year.
