Hasbro's First Order TIE Fighter Toy Awesomely Converted into a Flying Drone
Hasbro's First Order Special Forces TIE Fighter toy from Star Wars: The Force Awakens was already cool, but Imgur user woodpiece took it to an awesome level of badassery. He managed to convert it into a fully operational flying drone!
He uploaded a bunch of photos showing us the process of how he built it, and also a video that shows the TIE Fighter in action. It actually looks like a fairly simple project to take on if you happen to have a 3D printer around that you can use.
It sounds annoying as hell when it's turned on and flying around, but it's still pretty damn radical.
