Another Avenger Rumored To Be Appearing in Marvel's BLACK WIDOW

A new rumor has surfaced regarding an Avenger that could show up in Marvel’s Black Widow. The report comes from Amit Chaudhari, who has shared reliable movie info in the past.

The report says that Clint Barton a.k.a. Hawkeye will make a cameo appearance. If any Avenger appears in this film, it makes sense that it would be Hawkeye because of their close relationship as friends. We don’t know if this will include a new scene, a flashback scene, or a post-credit scene.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Hawkeye shows up, but as of right now, this is still just a rumor.

Black Widow’s story takes place between the events of Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War and it’s been said that Budapest will be involved, which has been brought up in other films.

Kevin Feige previously acknowledged that they have "hinted at [Natasha Romanoff's backstory] throughout all the other films," he promised that they are approaching this movie in a “completely unexpected way.” He went on to explain that "She’s been up to a lot all along – in between when we see her in the other movies – some of which will be surprising to people."

In the film, Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow, confronts the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises. Pursued by a force that will stop at nothing to bring her down, Natasha must deal with her history as a spy and the broken relationships left in her wake long before she became an Avenger.

Directed by Cate Shortland (Lore) from a script by Jac Schaeffer (The Hustle), Black Widow was set to be released on November 6th, but now it will be released on May 7th, 2021.

Do you think we’ll see Hawkeye in the film? If so, how do you think he’ll be utilized?
