Hayley Atwell Shares Ideas For AGENT CARTER Season 3

Hayley Atwell’s portrayal of Agent Peggy Carter in Captain America: The First Avenger was amazing. She was an excellent choice for the role, and she’s reprised that role in other MCU movies, Avengers: Secret Wars, and a spin-off show called Agent Carter. Agent Carter followed Peggy in her adventures after the events of Captain America. Fans loved the show, but it was canceled after only two seasons. Like many other shows, fans keep trying to bring it back, but so far nothing has come of it. However, while she was at ACE Comic Con recently, she was asked about what Peggy would be doing after the show ended. Here’s her response:

I’d be curious to know what the fans for her [Peggy Carter]. Some people have said they want to see her founding S.H.I.E.L.D. You have that aspect of it, she’s able to let go in some ways — of Cap — and move on to Sousa. She’s a great cause and she takes action, so there’s so many things going on socially from the 50s to when she passes, that I think she’d have loved to be a part of. There are so many things so could have been a part of, and probably did do. It could probably fill another season, I’m sure. I hope.

I think Peggy would’ve been at the forefront of a lot of the changes that took place during her time. She seems like the kind of person who would not have just sat back and done nothing. What do you think should have happened in a third season of Agent Carter?
