HBO Max Orders Three Part Documentary Series About DC

HBO Max has ordered a three-part DC documentary series from Academy Award and Emmy nominated director, producer and showrunner Leslie Iwerks.

The documentary will explore the origins of DC, its evolution, characters, and its influential legacy. Iwerks has this to say about the project, “The DC Universe is vast, rich and incredibly cool, and we're looking forward to bringing the untold stories of the characters, artists and storytellers to life in a fresh new way." 

It should be an interesting and in depth look at the history and various worlds created by DC. I don’t know a huge amount about DC so this will be exciting to watch and learn more about the history of the comics and characters.
