HELLRAISER: REVIVAL Unleashes a Seriously Sinister and Twsited Trailer

Fans of Clive Barker’s twisted horror universe finally know when they’ll be able to step into the Labyrinth. Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games have announced that Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival will launch on October 8 for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Along with the release date announcement comes a new trailer that offers another disturbing glimpse into the nightmare waiting for players and gives horror fans an even bloody taste of what’s coming. This thing looks seriously messed up!

The game puts players in the role of Aidan, a man driven into the depths of horror as he attempts to save his girlfriend from a nightmarish abyss.

To do that, he’ll need to unlock the sinister powers of a mysterious puzzle box known as the Genesis Configuration. As Aidan gains access to the box’s infernal abilities, he’ll have to survive a deadly pact with Pinhead while battling a fanatical cult devoted to the Cenobites and their dark master.

And if Aidan fails? He’ll face legendary suffering.

The upcoming horror title will be available in two editions at launch. Players will soon be able to pre-order the Standard Edition in both digital and physical formats, while a Deluxe Edition will also be offered ahead of release.

Details regarding the Deluxe Edition’s extra content haven’t been revealed yet, but Boss Team Games says more information will arrive closer to launch.

Anyone who pre-orders any version of the game will receive two exclusive in-game cosmetic items when the game launches: the Labyrinth Pistol Skin and the Martyr Sawblade Skin.

For collectors who want something a little more special on their shelf, two premium Collector’s Editions are still available for pre-order.

These editions include a variety of officially licensed collectibles inspired by the Hellraiser franchise. They also come packed with all Deluxe Edition content and pre-order bonuses, including the Labyrinth Pistol Skin and Martyr Sawblade Skin.

From the footage released so far, Hellraiser: Revival looks like it’s aiming to deliver a horror experience packed with brutal combat, disturbing imagery, and the kind of dark mythology that has made Barker’s creation a genre icon.

Between the Genesis Configuration, Pinhead, the Cenobites, and a story centered on sacrifice and survival, it appears fans will be getting a deeply immersive trip into one of horror’s most terrifying worlds.

Hellraiser: Revival arrives on October 8. Check out the new trailer and let us know if you’re ready to open the box and see what waits on the other side.
