Henry Cavill's Team Denies Rumors of Large Demands for MAN OF STEEL 2

There have been rumors going around that Henry Cavill is the reason we don’t have Man of Steel 2 being made. Revenge of the Fans recently reported that Cavill was requesting that if Man of Steel 2 were to be made, he wanted a producer credit, approval of the director, and approval of the script.

That’s a very tall order. However, it looks like somewhere, RotF got their wires crossed or were given bad information. Collider reached out to Cavill’s team about these demands and they denied them outright. The rumors were described as “patently inaccurate,” and “no truth to [them].”

So, what is the hold up? I’m not sure, other than the idea that DC and Warner Bros. are trying to find their footing again before trying to bring Superman back to the silver screen.
