Here are Some STAR WARS JEDI: FALLEN ORDER Details from Star Wars Celebration
Respawn Entertainment got fans hyped for the brand new game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order at Star Wars Celebration. They dropped a trailer that showcased what sounds like an amazing story about a young padawan who survived Order 66, and while we still don’t know too much, we did get some great nuggets. First, the protagonist Cal Kestis will be voiced and performed by Cameron Monaghan from Gotham and Shameless.
Second, we have some awesome new characters. The first is a new Inquisitor called Second Sister who has made for Darth Vader #19 by Charles Soule. Along with Second Sister, there are Purgetroopers who look freaking amazing! They help the Inquisitors purge the few remaining Jedi. Of course, there are some good guys too. BD-1 is a new droid friend for Cal.
In addition to new characters, there are also new planets! Bracca is the planet where we’ll meet Cal, but other planets are still unknown. We did get some cool artwork for some of the planets though:
Finally, the lightsaber we’ve been seeing in the promotional art and in the trailer is said to be integral to the story. When asked about Cal’s lightsaber, the panel quickly raised the question of whether or not the lightsaber was Cal’s. It was then elaborated on that the lightsaber will grow and change with Cal. This make me wonder if we’ll see a weapon modification system similar to what was in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.
