Here's a Place To Have Your AVENGERS: ENDGAME Spoiler Discussions

I know not everyone has seen Avengers: Endgame yet, but I wanted to provide a place for the fans who had a chance to see it over the weekend to talk freely about the movie and not have to worry about not saying anything that will spoil it for someone else.

This is that place. If you have not seen Avengers: Endgame yet, get the hell out of here! This is a movie that you don’t want to have ruined for you. If you have seen the movie, talk about everything and anything you want in the comment section.

I’ll start out the discussion by talking about the brilliance of how the Russo Bros. handled this story! Leading up to the release of the movie, the fans speculated that Avengers: Endgame would involve time travel through the Quantum Realm and for the most part, those fan theories were right! But, it was done in a way that I was not expecting at all.

The Avengers splitting up across the galaxy at different points in time through the MCU to gather the Infinity Stones was done so awesomely well! Going back to these familiar points in time was just mind-blowingly cool!

My favorite part about this aspect of the film is the one where Iron Man, Captain America, and Ant-Man traveled back to 2012 during the battle of New York. That was absolutely incredible and seeing Captain America fight himself was the greatest most unexpected thing ever! And then there was the whole “nice ass” gag that was incredibly funny.

Also, with Loki getting a hold of the Teseract with Space Stone and escaping in that scene, what does that mean for the future of the character? Will that tie into the upcoming series? Or was that whole thing voided after Captain America took all the stones back to their rightful places?

Another one of my favorite scenes took place during the final battle with Thanos when Captain America took hold of Thor’s hammer and started beating the living hell out of Thanos with it! That’s something all of the Cap fans were waiting to eventually see, and it happened in the most glorious way! That final battle against Thanos and his army was an epic sight to behold. Holy shit, that just melted my brain.

Then of course there’s Tony Stark who sacrificed himself to save the world. I figured that’s how it was going to go down, but even knowing that this was going to come, it was still an extremely emotional experience. Having seen the movie twice already, this scene had audience members in tears. It’s so sad, but he had to make the ultimate sacrifice, just like Black Widow sacrificed her own life so that the Avengers could succeed in saving the world. She made her sacrifice so that Tony could make his.

Then, of course, there’s the end of Captain America’s story arc. That was the perfect way to handle Steve Rogers. He was given the opportunity to go back and finally have that dance with Peggy Carter, marry her, and live a long and fulfilled life with her. I’m going to talk a little bit more about that in a separate article. And then it was super cool to see him hand off his shield to Falcon. I wasn’t expecting that. I thought for sure it would go to Bucky, but I’m still happy with the outcome.

Seriously, though… what is there not to love about this movie! It had everything that the fans were hoping for and more!

So dive into it and tell us what you thought of the film! What were your favorite parts!? What didn’t you like? What are you hoping to see in the future? Just have at it in the comment section below!
