Here's an Exciting New Action-Packed Trailer For BUMBLEBEE
Hey, look! We’ve got a new trailer to share with you for the upcoming Bumblebee movie. The minute-long trailer offers some more fun and action-packed new footage for fans to enjoy.
Some of that footage shows us the Decepticons hunting down Bumblebee on Earth and of course, a humorous look at Bumblebee curiously messing around with can of soda and making a complete mess.
The movie comes from director Travis Knight (Kubo and the Two Strings) and I have high hopes that it will turn out great. I’ve loved everything I’ve seen for the film so far and it seems like a lot of fans of the original cartoon also are happy with they’ve seen.
I hope audiences and fans show up at theaters to watch this movie otherwise, we may see any more Transformers films that actually embraces the source material. This is the kind of Transformers film that I’ve been waiting for!
Here’s the synopsis:
On the run in the year 1987, Bumblebee finds refuge in a junkyard in a small Californian beach town. Charlie (Hailee Steinfeld), on the cusp of turning 18 and trying to find her place in the world, discovers Bumblebee, battle-scarred and broken. When Charlie revives him, she quickly learns this is no ordinary, yellow VW bug.
It was also revealed that Bumblebee has escaped from Cybertron to Earth and he's being hunted down by a Decepticon jet named Blitzwing.
We also learned that two other Decepticon villains, Shatter and Dropkick, who are voiced by Angela Basset and Justin Theroux are also hunting Bumblebee, and they team up with the U.S. military to try to catch him, which is where John Cena comes in. These characters are triple-changer transformers! They turn into muscle cars, as well as a Harrier jet and helicopter.
Bumblebee opens December 21, 2018.
