Dune: House Atreides appears to be a popular comic as the second printing of the first issue is already sold out. Well, we’ve now got our first look at the second issue and fans are sure to love this. The series is adapted and written by Kevin J. Anderson and Brian Herbert and features art by Dev Pramanik, colors by Alex Guimarães, and letters by Ed Dukeshire.
Pardot Kynes arrives on Arrakis to begin research into terraforming the desert planet, but the merciless Baron Harkonnen has plans of his own. Meanwhile, the sadistic Harkonnens brutally test a young slave named Duncan Idaho. And Leto Atreides meets with the pioneers of space travel technology - taking the first steps towards his incredible destiny.
Dune: House Atreides #2 will be available on November 25 from your local comic shops as well as digital outlets like comiXology, Google Play, iBooks, and Madefire. The cover features art by Jae Lee with a variant being available from JG Jones.
