Here's Our First Look at Shane West as Bane in GOTHAM Season 5

The classic Batman villain Bane is finally making his big debut in the fifth and final season of Gotham. Today we have our first look at the character, who is being played by Shane West.

The photo comes from the set of the series, and it’s definitely a very different kind of look for the character that I wasn’t expecting. The photo shows the actor wearing some weird tech gear that you might see from an 80s sci-fi/horror film.

For the most part I’ve liked what Gotham has done with the villains, but I’m not really sold this look for Bane. But, this may not be the "final" form of the character design. This could be just a step toward the final look of the character.
