The Last Witch is a new series from writer Conor McCreery (Kill Shakespeare), artist V.V. Glass, colorist Natalia Nesterenko, and letterer Jim Campbell. It’s a young adult fantasy series that has looked quite interesting to me. BOOM! Studios has dropped their preview for the second issue and it looks like Saoirse is in some trouble.
Captured by the witch known as The Cailleach, Saoirse discovers the true power of her mysterious mark! But even as she attempts to save her brother Brahm with her newfound power, Saoirse must grapple with the truth about her family and their shocking connection to an enemy more dangerous than they ever imagined!
The Last Witch #2 will be available on February 10 with physical copies available from local comic shops and digital copies from comiXology (affiliate link), Google Play, iBooks, and Madefire. The main cover is done by Glass while a variant cover will be available from artist Jorge Corona and colorist Sarah Stern.
