High School Girls Start a Fight Club in Wild New Red Band Trailer for Raunchy Comedy BOTTOMS

A new red band trailer has been released for the raunchy high school comedy Bottoms, which follows a couple of self-described nerdy girls who are hoping to get a shot with the girls of their dreams, but instead institute a girls-only fight club with the endorsement of an unlikely teacher. The movie stars Rachel Sennott and Ayo Edebiri as best friends PJ and Josie, and they are joined by Havana Rose Liu, Nicholas Galitzine, Miles Fowler, and Marshawn Lynch.

Bottoms is directed by Emma Seligman (Shiva Baby), who co-wrote the screenplay with Rachel Sennott. Elizabeth Banks, Max Handelman, and Alison Small produce the film.

This looks like it’s going to be hilarious and a lot of fun! It’s not your typical coming of age story, and I love the way they decided to tell this story. The film premiered earlier this year at SXSW film festival, and fans loved it! Check out the trailer and poster for the film below, and watch Bottoms in US theaters on August 25th.
