Hilarious Trailer and Poster For Lifetime's Mini-Movie A RECIPE FOR SEDUCTION, The Colonel Sanders Story Starring Mario Lopez
Lifetime has released a hilarious trailer and poster for their over-the-top dramedy A Recipe For Seduction, which takes many liberties telling a story of the famed KFC founder Colonel Sanders, played by the muscle-bound Mario Lopez.
The trailer plays out like a telenovela, or just one of Lifetime’s more wild dramatizations. It’s just so fun because we all know Colonel Sanders as an elderly man with white hair and a white suit, and Lopez is a dark and handsome man with much more sex appeal than the character he is inspired by.
A Recipe For Seduction is being described as a “Lifetime Original Mini-Movie Presented by Kentucky Fried Chicken,” and the synopsis reads:
“As the holidays near, an heiress contends with the affections of a suitor handpicked by her mother. When the handsome chef arrives with his secret recipe and a dream, he sets in motion a series of events that unravel the mother’s plans.”
