If you’ve ever wanted a fighting game that features lots of adorable four-legged animals, you want Them’s Fightin’ Herds. The game from Mane6 and Modus Games has become a hit on PC and now it’s coming to console.

On October 18, fans will be able to join the fight on Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, and Xbox (affiliate link) consoles with pre-orders now live. You can also grab the Deluxe Edition which includes the Season 1 Pass which features 4 additional playable characters, stages, and exclusive Pixel Lobby accessories as well as a new palette pack for each character.

Them’s Fightin’ Herds, currently available on Steam, is a four-button, 2D fighting game featuring hooved characters designed by Lauren Faust (producer and developer for My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic; creator, director and developer for Super Best Friends Forever). Tussle in Arcade and Local Versus modes, practice in Tutorial and Training modes, then dive into the game’s many online matchmaking features (with GGPO rollback netcode) to test yourself against players from around the world. Or, explore an episodic Story Mode that blends top-down adventure with fighting game combat challenges.

If you can’t wait until October, you can grab a PC copy of Them’s Fightin’ Herds from Steam or the Humble Store (affiliate link). Which character will you main?
