Hit Romantic Comedy Series NOBODY WANTS THIS Renewed for Season 3 at Netflix
Netflix has announced that they have renewed their hit romantic comedy series Nobody Wants This for a third season. The show stars Kristen Bell and Adam Brody, and is created by Erin Foster. The news of the renewal comes 12 days after the series released its 10-episode second season on October 23.
Following the eventful first season, in which Joanne (Bell) and Noah (Brody) met, fell in love, and briefly broke up before reuniting, Season 2 followed the couple’s efforts to blend their lives- families, friends, and beliefs together.
After mostly “treading water” in Season 2, the series’ pace is poised to pick up in Season 3 as Joanne is headed to a likely conversion to Judaism, as hinted in the finale.
Foster said of the renewal, “I couldn’t be more excited to head into a third season of this show. It is a privilege to be able to write about my favorite couple on a scale like this. As long as it doesn’t take too much time away from me watching reality TV at night, I’ll do it for as long as they want me to.”
In addition to Bell and Brody, the main cast of Nobody Wants This includes Justine Lupe, Timothy Simons and Jackie Tohn.
I love this show so much, and I am certainly looking forward to seeing another season. Until then, catch up on seasons 1 and 2, streaming now on Netflix.
