While David Lynch’s 1984 sci-fi film Dune wasn’t the best adaptation of Frank Herbert’s epic novel, there are still aspects of it that I love. Lynch actually delivered a great film, especially for 1984! There was really only so much they could do with what they were working with at the time.

Anyway, Screen Junkies has released an Honest Trailer for the original Dune while we wait for director Denis Villeneuve’s version to be released. There’s plenty of stuff in the original movie to joke around about, and this video highlights some a lot of things that made me laugh. I hope you enjoy it.
