How Do You See The Quantum Realm Affecting The MCU Beyond AVENGERS 4

We all know that the Quantum Realm will play a big role in the future of the MCU, especially Avengers 4. But Michael Douglas has said that it will go beyond that saying, “it plays an important part in all the next chapters, I think, of the Marvel films.”

Then Kevin Feige recently sharing his thoughts on the Quantum Realm and teased its future in the MCU, saying:

"At the end of Ant-Man we followed Scott Lang into the Quantum Realm for the first time. We were beginning to peel back the onion that would later be completely peeled back in Doctor Strange as we go into the multiverse. So that was our little test into that.

“But now the Quantum Realm is a whole other territory that we can play with to tell our stories. This Quantum Realm is much larger than we ever imagined, and there are all sorts of adventures to be had at that level, which perhaps we will explore in another film."

It seems like they have barely scratched the surface on playing with the Quantum Realm in the MCU and I’m curious to know how it will effect the Marvel Universe after Avengers 4.

Like Feige says, The Quantum Realm is a whole new world for the filmmakers to play in as they continue to tell their stories. It’s exciting to think that the whole thing will probably break open the Marvel multiverse and all of a sudden we are going to be getting all kinds of stories set in different corners of the universe and different alternate realities.

It will also be interesting to see how exactly the Quantum Energy will be used. There’s a lot of talk about time travel, but it might not be as simple as that. It may tear open the fabric of space and time in the MCU and cause all kinds of strange and exiting changes in the universe to take place.

This could also be a way of introducing the X-Men and Fantastic Four into the MCU. In the end, I think that the Quantum Realm will be used to reinvent and rebuild the MCU however Marvel Studios wants.
