Hugh Jackman is in Talks To Join BAD EDUCATION

It looks like Hugh Jackman has found his next film project. He is currently in talks to join a film project called Bad Education. The movie comes from a script written by Mike Makowsky, who wrote a fantastic film that I saw at Sundance called I Think We're Alone Now. The movie is also being directed by Cory Finley, who recently directed the film Thoroughbreds, which was a great film as well. So we've got three incredibly talented people here who are coming together to make a movie.

We don't know exactly what the movie is about yet, but according to Variety, "insiders say has an Election feel" and that it "is based on true events that Makowsky experienced at his high school." We just don't know what those true events are. La La Land producer Fred Berger is also on board to help in the development of the film.

Last year Hugh Jackman ended his run as Wolverine with the badass film Logan. He then starred in the fun musical The Greatest Showman, shot Jason Reitman's The Front Runner, and now there's this Bad Education. Maybe he'll play a P.E. teacher! Did you know that before Jackman got into acting he was actually a P.E. teacher in England?

We'll keep you updated on this as more information comes available. I'm just happy to see that he's still making movies!
