Hulu's Video Game-Themed Sci-Fi Action Series FUTURE MAN is Ending After Season 3
If you haven’t been watching Future Man on Hulu, you’re missing out on a very cool series that I think a lot of you would enjoy. The video game-themed sci-fi series was created by Kyle Hunter and Ariel Shaffir and is being produced by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg.
The story for the series centers around Josh Futturman (Josh Hutcherson), a janitor by day/gamer by night who is recruited by mysterious visitors to travel through time in order to prevent the extinction of humanity.
Well, unfortunately the series will be coming to an end after Season 3. While the story started off strong with Season 1, the second season was even better! So, I imagine that the series will close out on a high note as it plays out its final eight episodes.
In case you haven’t watched it yet, Season 2 of the series picks up in the year 2162 with Josh (Hutcherson), Wolf (Derek Wilson), and Tiger (Eliza Coupe) learning that their “season one mission to stop the cure from getting out didn’t work. Josh unites the team in an epic plan to save the world, but their time-traveling catches up to them, and they must reckon with their choices and what to do next.”
I’m kinda bummed out that the series is coming to an end so soon, but I am excited to see how the story comes to an end.
