HUNGER GAMES Series Getting 4K Releases

You'll soon be able to watch all of the Hunger Games films in 4K according to Bloody Disgusting. Lionsgate says to expect the series to come to 4K November 8th. The price seems a little steep...

With four times the resolution of Full HD and High Dynamic Range (HDR) that delivers the brightest, most vivid and realistic color and greatest contrast, The Hunger Games, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 4K Ultra HD Combo Packs will each be available for the suggested retail price of $22.99 and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack will be available for the suggested retail price of $42.99.

So basically, if you want the entire set it's going to run just under $70, but if you wait for the last film to drop in price you can just spend $22 for now which is a steal! Out of all the movies that I would want to see in 4K, I'm sure this would rank among the most impressive with its use of color and various scenery throughout the film.

Maybe this will be one to look out for a Black Friday deal on?
