Impressive First Trailer for the Superman Inspired Series KRYPTON

The SyFy Channel has released the first trailer for their upcoming Superman-inspired series Krypton and I'm kinda loving what I see! The story for the series is set 200 years before the events of Man of Steel and screenwriter David Goyer has said that it is being treated like a historical piece.
Krypton will center around Superman’s grandfather, Seg-El, who is played by Cameron Cuffe. It takes place in a time when the House of El was shamed and ostracized and Seg-El is looking to bring hope and equality to Krypton, turning a planet in disarray into one worthy of giving birth to the greatest Super Hero ever known."
The series also stars Georgina Campbell (King Arthur: Legend of the Sword) as Lyta Zod, who is part of Krypton’s military caste and daughter of General Alura Zod. Seg-El and Lyta Zod are in the midst of a secret, forbidden relationship.
