INDIANA JONES 5 Secures Legendary Composer John Williams

The upcoming Indiana Jones 5 has secured John Williams’ return to the franchise! Williams is one of the most iconic composers in film history, toting fifty Academy Awards nominations, second only to Walt Disney himself. Along with his long list of awards, Williams is most recognized for his work on Star Wars, Superman, Indiana Jones, E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial, and Jurassic Park. Williams isn’t the only one returning to the franchise — Harrison Ford and Steven Spielberg are coming back as well.

Williams’ contributions to film cannot be understated, with his epic scores being some of the medium's most recognized compositions. You would be hard pressed to find someone who can’t recognize the Indiana Jones or Star Wars theme songs.

I’m excited that John Williams is on board with this film; hopefully it will be much better than Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Indiana Jones is one of the most exciting franchises and I really hope for a return to form, and that the reigns get passed on to someone else. What do you guys think?
