Intense Full Trailer For Doug Liman's JUMPER Series IMPULSE
YouTube Red has released a full trailer for the Doug Liman's (Edge of Tomorrow, Bourne Identity) upcoming sci-fi drama series Impulse. The series is based on Steven Gould's Jumper series and this particular story is based on the third book in that series.
I've been impressed with what I've seen from this show so far and this latest trailer offers us more details on the story that it will tell. The show definitely looks a hell of a lot better than the Jumper movie! Impulse seems to have a much darker, gritty, and grounded tone to it, which I like.
YouTube Red impressed me with Cobra Kai and it looks like they will impress again with Impulse. Here's the synopsis:
16-year-old Henry Coles is an outsider in her new town of Reston, New York. With a major chip on her shoulder and no friends, she remains withdrawn and isolated, but everything changes when a traumatic encounter with a classmate triggers something deep within Henry— unleashing a power she cannot control.
The series stars Maddie Hasson in the role of Henry, along with Missi Pyle, Sarah Desjardins, Enuka Okuma, Craig Arnold and David James Elliott who has a recurring role. Watch the trailer below and let us know if it's a show you'll be tuning in to watch.
