Intense New Trailer For Julia Robert's New Series HOMECOMING From The Creator of MR. ROBOT

The creator of Mr. Robot, Sam Esmail, has developed a new series for Amazon called Homecoming and it looks like an intense psychological thriller. We’ve got a new trailer for you to watch today that offers us more insight into the story.

The series stars Julia Roberts in the role of a character named Heidi Bergman, “a caseworker at Homecoming, a Geist Group facility helping soldiers transition to civilian life. Years later she has started a new life, living with her mother and working as a waitress, when a Department of Defense auditor questions why she left the Homecoming facility. Heidi quickly realizes that there's a whole other story behind the story she's been telling herself.”

Homecoming has been described as a “mind-bending” series and as you’ll see, it definitely has an unsettling Hitchcockian-type vibe. I like what I’m seeing in this new trailer and I’m curious to see how this story plays out.

Esmail is a talented storyteller and I’m sure he’s going to deliver something great with this series. Homecoming is set to air on Prime Video November 2nd.
