Intense Trailer for Drug Crime Thriller CRISIS Starring Gary Oldman, Armie Hammer, and Evangeline Lilly
A new trailer has been released for the upcoming thriller Crisis, which tells three converging stories within the opioid epidemic. The film has an incredible cast which includes Gary Oldman, Armie Hammer, Evangeline Lilly, Greg Kinnear, Michelle Rodriguez, Luke Evans, Lily-Rose Depp, Scott “Kid Cudi” Mescudi, Duke Nicholson, Veronica Ferres, and Martin Donovan.
In the film, “A drug trafficker arranges a multi-cartel Fentanyl smuggling operation. An architect recovering from an Oxycodone addiction tracks down the truth behind her son’s disappearance. A university professor battles unexpected revelations about his employer, a pharmaceutical company bringing a new ‘non-addictive’ painkiller to market. Set against the backdrop of the opioid epidemic, their stories collide.”
This looks like an intense and well-written film with an important story, and a great cast. Crisis was written and directed by Nicholas Jarecki (The Outsider, Arbitrage).
