Intense Trailer For The Dark Western THE LAST SON with Thomas Jane and Sam Worthington

The first trailer has been released for an upcoming new western thriller titled The Last Son. It’s set in the Sierra Nevada in the late 19th century, and it tells a dark and intense story as an outlaw makes an attempt to end his evil family line.

The movie stars Sam Worthington as Isaac LeMay, a murderous outlaw cursed by a terrible prophecy, hunting down his offspring to prevent his own death before targeting his son, Cal played by Colson Baker. The movie also stars Thomas Jane as U.S. officer Solomon who is hunting them down along with a team of bounty hunters. They are all set on a collision course.

This seriously looks like a great, gritty, and violent western! The film is directed by Tim Sutton who previously directed Memphis, Dark Knight, Donnybrook, and Funny Face. The film also stars Heather Graham, Kim DeLonghi, Scotty Bohnen, Danny Bohnen, and James Landry Hébert.

I’m sold on the film and I’m looking forward to watching it. Red Box will release the film in select theaters and as a Red Box rental starting on December 10th, 2021.
