Strange and Interesting Trailer For John Malkovich and Josh Hartnett's VALLEY OF THE GODS
Well Go USA has released a trailer for a strange and interesting looking film titled Valley of the Gods. The movie stars John Malkovich and Josh Hartnett and there are three stories that it follows including a middle-class writer, an eccentric trillionaire, and a struggling Navajo community. As you’ll see, things get weird and trippy pretty fast. I’m definitely intrigued by the movie and what it will deliver.
Here’s the synopsis for the film:
It contrasts abundance and poverty through three separate storylines, featuring a middle-class writer (Hartnett), an eccentric trillionaire (Malkovich), and a struggling Navajo community. After his divorce, copywriter John Ecas undertakes the biography of the richest man on earth, who is dead-set on mining sacred lands for uranium. When modern advance runs afoul of long-dormant guardians from ancient legend, even the most unimaginable wealth may soon meet its match.
The movie comes from director Lech Majewski (Rycerz, Flight of the Spruce Goose, Prisoner of Rio, Gospel According to Harry, Angelu), and it also stars Bérénice Marlohe, Jaime Ray Newman, John Rhys-Davies, Keir Dullea, Saginaw Grant, and Joseph Runningfox.
Well Go USA will release Valley of the Gods direct-to-DVD / VOD in the US starting August 11th.
