INTERSTELLAR's David Gyasi Cast in Disney's MALEFICENT 2

David Gyasi from Interstellar is joining the cast for Maleficent 2. His role has not been made known, but he’s joining Angelina Jolie, Elle Fanning, Ed Skrein, Michelle Pfeiffer, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Harris Dickinson, Jenn Murray, Kae Alexander, and Fernanda Diniz.

That's quite an impressive cast if you ask me. The screenplay was written by Jez Butterworth and Micah Fitzerman-Blue, and Joachim Ronning (Kon Tiki) is directing it. I have no idea where they’re going to go with this movie. They already told the story of Sleeping Beauty (albeit a very different version of said story) so I guess they probably have free reign over what’s happening now.

How else can they ruin the magnificently evil Maleficent?
