Is Sylvester Stallone Teasing the Return of Ivan Drago in a CREED Sequel?

Sylvester Stallone is always pretty active on social media, Twitter and even Instagram. But a few of his more recent posts have grabbed the attention Rocky fans (below). A few of the posts put a lot of focus on Dolph Lundgren's infamous character Ivan Drago from Rocky IV, even hinting at the character showing up in Creed sequel.

This would be a VERY interesting plot idea because you may remember that the main character of Creed is Adonis Johnson, the son of Apollo Creed (Carl Weathers), Rocky's one-time rival and friend. In Rocky IV Apollo comes out of retirement to face Russian boxer, Ivan Drago, only to end up being killed by Drago in the ring. Rocky surely feels some responsibility for Apollo's death because he did not throw in the towel to end the fight.

That history would make for some high drama if a Creed sequel were to bring back Drago, the man who killed Adonis' father.

There is no official announcement of a sequel, in fact, this could just be Stallone fishing for fan approval. But it is a possibility. Would you guys like to see a Creed sequel?

Really like this RARE picture... ROCKY making DRAGO'S life difficult between takes!!! #CREED 2 #MGM @dolphlundgren
