Is This Our First Look at Spider-Man in CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR?

An image surfaced online that could be our first look at what Spider-Man will look like in Captain America: Civil War. The image originated from CBM, who says that it comes from some footage from the film that will be screened at Disney's D23 Expo taking place this weekend. You can check out the photo below.

The costume seems to be in line with the homemade look of the character that has been teased. But there's always a chance that this was faked. It wouldn't be the first time that someone has faked footage from a highly anticipated film. So we are treating this as a rumor.

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige did say, "There is a young kid [already] running around New York City in a homemade version of the Spider-Man costume in the MCU." This costume definitely looks homemade.

This could be the prototype costume that Peter Parker has put together. But I still think Marvel would have come up with something better. Who knows? Maybe we won't actually see the real Spider-Man costume until the solo film.

We'll find out if the image is real or not at D23 this weekend. Captain America: Civil War is set for release on May 6th, 2016.
