It Looks Like the Title for STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI Is Plural Based on Foreign Language Logos
Ever since Lucasfilm revealed that the title for Star Wars: The Last Jedi, fan have been discussing whether the title is singular or plural. Like many fans, I believed the title was singular and that it refers to Luke Skywalker. Well, it looks like the title might actually be plural and refers to more than one Jedi.
New logos were recently released on the official Star Wars Twitter accounts from other countries, and according to Games Rader, all of the languages present the title in the plural. The languages include Spanish, French, Italian, and German.
So, according to all of these translations of the title, which you can see below, Jedi is plural and it's safe to say that Luke Skywalker and Rey are Jedi. Will there be more than that? We'll just have to wait and see!
