Jackie Chan Brutally Kicks Ass in New Trailer and Clip For THE FOREIGNER
If you're a fan of Jackie Chan, today is our lucky day! We already posted a trailer for his sci-fi action film Bleeding Steel. Now we have a new trailer and wicked cool clip from his upcoming action revenge thriller The Foreigner. This movie looks incredibly good!
In the clip, we get to see Chan get in an awesome brutal fight with some bad dudes in the woods. As you'd imagine he lays the beat down on them. Then we have the new trailer which offers us some additional new footage from the film.
In the story, Chan takes on the IRA because his daughter was a victim of one of their terrorist attacks. It seems like one of the people who know who is responsible for that attack is Pierce Brosnan, and Chan has to compel him to talk to get the information that he's looking for.
The Foreigner, starring Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan, is a timely action thriller from the director of Casino Royale. The film tells the story of humble London businessman Quan (Chan), whose long-buried past erupts in a revenge-fueled vendetta when the only person left for him to love -- his teenage daughter -- is taken from him in a senseless act of politically-motivated terrorism. In his relentless search for the identity of the terrorists, Quan is forced into a cat-and-mouse conflict with a British government official (Brosnan), whose own past may hold clues to the identities of the elusive killers.
The movie was directed by Martin Campbell (Casino Royale, Edge of Darkness, Green Lantern), who also directed Brosnan in 1995’s 007 film Goldeneye.
The Foreigner will hit theaters on October 13, 2017.
