Jackie Chan Rescues a Panda in the Action Comedy PANDA PLAN
Here’s the trailer for a new Chinese martial arts action comedy titled Panda Plan, which stars Jackie Chan as he embarks on a mission to rescue a panda. Chan plays himself in the film, and it’s ridiculously cheesy. But, it also includes Chan’s fun stunt work.
In the film, “Soon after the legendary kung fu star Jackie Chan is invited to adopt a beloved zoo panda named Hu Hu, a notorious international crime syndicate sets its sights on the famous bear and offers a massive bounty for his capture.
“Faced with this sudden crisis, he enlists the help of his agent & Hu Hu's fiercely dedicated caretaker, leading the trio on an outrageous and unforgettable adventure as they seek to outsmart—and outkick—the bad guys at every turn.”
The movie is directed by Zhang Luan and it also stars Wei Xiang, Shi Ce, Han Yanbo, and Jia Bing.
The film opens first in China starting on October 1st. Well Go USA will then debut Panda Plan in US theaters starting on October 18th, 2024.
