James Gunn Reveals He Has Cast Chukwudi Iwuji in Secret Role in GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 3
Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3 director James Gunn has revealed a new cast member in the upcoming film. Chukwudi Iwuji, of John Wick: Chapter 2, When They See Us, The Split, and the upcoming James Gunn-directed series Peacemaker, has been hired to join the cast of the final film in the trilogy. His role is being kept tightly under wraps, but he was spotted when Gunn shared a photo of the first day of shooting.
After fans went wild asking Gunn about Iwuji’s presence in the photo, the director confirmed the casting news. Check it out below:
That’s pretty big to say that he’s playing a role that “every big name actor in Hollywood wanted.” He must have really made an impression on Gunn during Peacemaker! So now fans are speculating who they think Iwuji will play. Could it be Silver Surfer or Galactis? Nova or Dr. Doom, perhaps?? I guess we will just have to wait and see.
