James Gunn Says The DCEU Cameos "Will Keep Coming" in PEACEMAKER Season 2
If you enjoyed the way that Peacemaker came to an end with James Gunn’s surprise inclusion of the Justice League cameos, you’ll be happy to know that Gunn is planning to include more of these cameos in the second season of the series!
The crazy season finale of Peacemaker brought in Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and The Flash. But, Jason Momoa and Ezra Miller are the only DCEU stars to appear while Superman and Wonder Woman were pretty much just silhouettes.
In a recent interview with Total Film, Gunn teased his future cameo plans with Peacemaker Season 2, saying, "I think we're going to see more connections in some other stuff as we move forward with Peacemaker and other shows at HBO Max. So those [cameos] will keep coming. I don't know if the Justice League is going to show up in every season of Peacemaker; that might be a one-time thing. We'll see!"
Yes, we will! I have no doubt that whatever Gunn decides to do with the cameos, it’s going to be awesome and the fans are going to love it.
