James Gunn Shared What Happened In His Cut PACIFIC RIM: UPRISING Cameo
Pacific Rim: Uprising finally scored that number one spot at the box office last weekend, and a director who's familiar with that achievement, James Gunn, was one of the first to congratulate the cast and crew. Gunn also took some time to share some information on his cameo for the film, which was ultimately cut from the film:
Congrats to @stevendeknight on the Number One movie this weekend, #PacificRimUprising! Here’s a shot of me & @JennLholland from the scene we shot for it (yes, really). I’m sure they deleted it because they want to spin off my marvelous DJ dancing into its own movie! 🤞🏻 pic.twitter.com/TZxCkoboQk

Can Gunn just walk around like that regularly like that's how he dresses every day? I can't wait to see this cameo in the deleted scenes, and if I'm being honest, I'm a little sad it was cut from the film. I haven't had a chance to see Pacific Rim: Uprising, which I'm really bummed about because I was so high up on the novelty of the first film. Should I see it over Ready Player One this weekend, or save it for a matinee mid-week?
