James Wan Says to Ignore All MORTAL KOMBAT Announcements Because They Are False

Remember when we posted about character and story details for the Mortal Kombat reboot that James Wan is working on? Turns out it’s complete crap. Wan recently took to Twitter to denounce any news of the movie that had been circling around.

Please don’t be so easily baited by faux information. Good & bad news: nothing is happening yet. Literally. Still in early development. Anyone who tells you the movie is location scouting or casting is trolling you. #MK

Now that we know that casting information and story information was all wrong, who do you want to see in the movie and what do you think the story should be?
