James Wan Shares New Photo of Amber Heard as Mera in AQUAMAN
Director James Wan released the first photo of Amber Heard as Mera from Aquaman. She looks great in the role and I love the costume. It looks like she stepped right out of the comic books! The photo came with the following caption:

The film is currently shooting on the Gold Coast of Queensland, Australia. One of the reasons I'm so excited about this movie is because Wan is directing. I'm a huge fan of his films and his film-making style and I'm excited to see what he does with this movie.
Aquaman will center on Aquaman as a reluctant ruler of the underwater kingdom of Atlantis who is caught between land dwellers that are always polluting the globe and his own people who are ready to invade the surface.
Jason Momoa stars in the film and he'll be joined by Willem Dafoe as Vulko; Temuera Morrison (Green Lantern) as Tom Curry; Dolph Lundgren (The Expendables films) as Nereus; Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (The Get Down) as Black Manta; Ludi Lin (Power Rangers) as Murk; with Patrick Wilson (The Conjuring films, Watchmen) as Orm/Ocean Master; and Nicole Kidman as Atlanna.
Aquaman is set to be released December 21, 2018.
