Jason Sudeikis Voices a Piggy P.I. in Star-Studded Animated Comedy HITPIG!
A new trailer has been released for the animated family comedy Hitpig!, starring Jason Sudeikis in the title role with Lilly Singh, Rainn Wilson, Anitta, RuPaul, Hannah Gadsby, and Charlie Adler.
The film is co-directed by Cinzia Angelini in her directorial debut, and David Feiss (Open Season: Scared Silly). The screenplay is written by Berkeley Breathed, Dave Rosenbaum and Tyler Werrin, based on the book Pete & Pickles by Berkeley Breathed.
The synopsis reads: “Hitpig (voiced by Jason Sudeikis) is a clever bounty hunting pig who catches escaped animals and returns them to their owners. His next job is his biggest yet: return a dancing elephant named Pickles (Lilly Singh) to a maniacal Vegas showman (Rainn Wilson) for a million bucks.
“But the mission quickly escalates into a wild adventure around the world. When danger looms, it is up to Hitpig to save the day but he can’t do it alone. He must realize that some things are more important than a paycheck and finds the greatest bounty of all, friends.”
This looks like a fun, original family movie that I’m sure my kids will love. Hitpig! is set to hit US theaters on November 1st. Check out the trailer below, and let us know what you think:
